Skyline are fully committed to offering great social value as a business. Commitments to social values form part of our Environmental Management ISO 14001 accreditation. 

The companies purchasing strategy ensures that where possible, local suppliers are maximised. Skyline believe in promoting and boosting the local economy as much as possible. Absolute minimal products are purchased and delivery costs and fuel consumption minimised by grouping deliveries rather than as and when required, and sustainable products sourced wherever possible. In design, the environment is a major factor, offering our clients the best possible environmentally friendly solutions available in terms of sustainability, green credentials and running costs.

Skyline Property Solutions Ltd are members of:

• Living Wage Employer, committed to paying a wage based on the cost of living to all their staff.

• The Cheshire Community Foundation's "The Cheshire 100", which aligns Skyline with a recognised fund raising and grant making organisation with a proven record of providing direct support to the local community.

• Rise Construction Framework agreement, the UK's only pro-social construction framework.

David Castell, Managing Director of Skyline completed LEJOG on 1st June 2023 - 10th June 2023. He and his friend, Steve Hayes, cycled over 1000 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats in aid of Zarach, who deliver beds and basics to children in poverty, to help families in crisis rise up from surviving to thriving so children can Eat, Sleep and Learn. They smashed their fundraising target of £2,500.00.

Skyline sponsor local grassroots football club Crosby Stuart JFC in Liverpool.

In 2022, Skyline provided joiners to complete the install of various joinery tasks including timber decking to Age UK Wirral's new Dementia Village. Click the link to the right to see more.

On 20th October 2023, Skyline took part in #WearItPink day to raise money awareness for Breast Cancer Now. "Our world-class researchers are working in labs across the UK and Ireland to create a world where the words "breast cancer" aren't met with fear. We're building a brighter future for everyone affected by breast cancer.
